Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Foster a positive and collaborative office culture.
- Valid Washington State Managing Broker license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in recruiting and building successful real estate teams.
