Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-4 years of experience to handle multi-million dollar real estate disputes around California. This role is permanently remote, offering flexibility while being part of a cutting-edge, technology-focused law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting complaint, motions, briefs, discovery and accountings.
• Negotiation with opposing counsel relating to properties with potentially tens of millions in equity.
• Legal research and writing.
• Develop effective case strategies with the assistance of the client and Managing Partner.
• Maintaining clear communication with clients regarding case progress.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in litigation or real estate law.
• High attention to detail, especially with numbers and financial documents.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Word.
• Membership in the State Bar of California or awaiting bar number after exam results.
• Sense of humor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
