Transactional Attorney:  The ideal candidate shall have experience with trust and estate law, real estate law, corporate and commercial law, and other transactional work.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a real estate lawyer
• Exceptional negotiation, research, networking and written and oral communication skills are required
