Job Summary
The Real Estate Investment Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in our success by selling off-market real estate to investors at the highest possible price. This onsite role involves building strong relationships with active and repeat buyers, maintaining constant communication with interested buyers, sourcing new buyers, conducting thorough property analysis, implementing effective marketing strategies, and collaborating with acquisitions and the transaction coordinator.
Success in this role is defined by significantly increasing the company's revenue through the successful sale of properties at optimal prices. Building better relationships with buyers, cultivating brand awareness, and effectively contributing to the company's growth are key indicators of success.

What We Offer
- Great earning potential: OTE $80,000-$100,000 in the first year and $100,000+ thereafter (uncapped commission).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell off-market real estate properties to investors at the highest possible price.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and established buyers.
- Source and cultivate relationships with new buyers.
- Conduct extensive property analysis, property value assessments, and market trend evaluations.
- Implement multi-channel marketing strategies to effectively promote properties.
- Utilize superior negotiation skills to close deals and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Engage with buyers through in-person meetings, Zoom calls, lunches, and phone conversations.
- Coordinate and confirm walkthroughs with potential buyers.
- Increase the average sales margin by strategically negotiating higher prices.
- Contact a minimum number of new buyers per week to expand the buyer network.
- Achieve properties sold at or above asking price.
- Conduct a set number of meetings with buyers to maintain strong relationships.
- Track the number of properties sold and offers received.
