Dispositions Manager
Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated Dispositions Manager to lead the marketing, negotiation, and sale of wholesale contracts to our extensive network of cash buyers. Leveraging our cutting-edge marketing systems and broad buyer connections, you'll engage with cash buyers, craft compelling ads, negotiate terms, and expand our buyer base. Investors often acquire these properties for renovation, rental, or resale, playing a pivotal role in community revitalization and wealth generation.
Training and Tools:
Comprehensive training awaits you, supplemented by industry-leading tools and software. Our advanced CRM and streamlined systems empower you to efficiently navigate your tasks with ease.
Education Requirement:
While no formal education is mandated, a background in real estate and sales proves advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing investment properties to potential buyers.
- Screening and qualifying buyers via phone interactions.
- Providing consistent follow-up with interested parties.
- Coordinating property walkthroughs with prospective buyers.
- Negotiating purchase prices with buyers.
- Preparing and distributing contracts.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with buyers.
- Collaborating with Joint Venture partners.
- Actively seeking out new cash buyers to expand our network.
- Prioritizing property marketing to meet contract deadlines.
- Assisting with miscellaneous business projects.
- Upholding company processes and suggesting improvements as needed.
Full Time / Part Time:
A minimum commitment of 30 hours per week is required for this role.
Compensation:
This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with substantial growth potential.
