Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst/Manager to join our team. The Analyst/Manager will be responsible for evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and managing investment portfolios to maximize returns and mitigate risks. Roles and Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, including acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and joint ventures. Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence to assess investment risks and returns. Prepare investment memos and recommendations for senior management or investment committees.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze investment cash flows, return metrics (IRR, NPV), sensitivity analysis, and investment scenarios. Validate assumptions, perform market research, and incorporate economic factors into financial projections.

Market Research: Monitor real estate market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks. Analyze local market conditions, demographic trends, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic investment opportunities and risks.

Portfolio Management: Manage real estate investment portfolios, including asset allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management. Implement investment strategies to optimize portfolio returns, enhance asset value, and achieve investment objectives.

Due Diligence: Coordinate due diligence activities, including financial analysis, property inspections, legal reviews, and environmental assessments. Evaluate lease agreements, property management contracts, and tenant creditworthiness to assess investment risks and opportunities.

Investor Reporting and Communication: Prepare investor presentations, quarterly reports, and performance updates for investors, partners, and stakeholders. Communicate investment strategies, market insights, and portfolio performance effectively to foster transparency and trust.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders. Negotiate terms, structure deals, and collaborate with external partners to execute transactions and achieve investment goals.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, zoning laws, environmental standards, and financial reporting requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards to mitigate legal and operational risks.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Master's degree (e.g., MBA) and professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, asset management, or related roles. Experience with commercial real estate (office, retail, industrial) and residential properties preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, or similar real estate investment software.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, investment valuation, and capital markets. Knowledge of real estate legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, perform risk assessments, and formulate investment strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team player with collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Compensation:
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives may range from 10% to 20% of base salary, based on individual and portfolio performance metrics.
