We are in search of a dedicated Investment Advisor to champion our investor acquisition initiatives through strategic contract negotiations and outstanding communication with our key stakeholders: investors, agents, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Negotiations:
- Present offers while facilitating a seamless experience for all parties from start to finish, leveraging strong real estate investment and transaction acumen.
- Lead negotiations with buyers, agents, and partners to secure mutually beneficial terms leading to successful closing.
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and applications to capture vital information while engaging clients in conversation.
- Effectively communicate financial insights to drive successful deal outcomes.
Buyer and Seller Communications:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, conduct timely follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.
- Uphold the highest standard of client satisfaction through proactive and consistent communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyer- and agent-side communications, delivering exceptional client support.
- Collaborate effectively with the cross-functional team mates to streamline the buying process for ESO clients.
Sales Strategy:
- Build and nurture relationships with real estate investors and agents to establish trust based relationships that fosters repeat business through win/win partnerships.
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their needs while providing data based guidance throughout the search and buying process.
- Maintain current knowledge of the market(s) and industry trends to deliver informed advice to clients.
Leadership and Oversight:
- Share best practices and collaborate with team members to enhance contract negotiation skills.
- Work cross-functionally with acquisitions, marketing, tech/data, and operations to gain alignment and achieve transaction goals.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives to enhance personal skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback to leadership on workflow improvements, product enhancements and overall service offerings as necessary.

Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, or analysis with SFR operators, i-Buyers, Wholesale groups, Residential brokerages, Investment or Proptech organizations.
- Proven track record of successful sales negotiations, production, contract knowledge and transaction management in the residential real estate space.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of real estate investment strategies and real estate transactions.
- Familiarity with off-market opportunities and investment analysis.
- Ability to understand proforma investment underwriting.
Skills:
- Strong sales experience with a focus on RESULTS.
- Technically proficient in navigating tech platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to effectively engage with investors and team members.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
Licensing:
- A real estate license is highly preferred (any State) but not mandatory; relevant experience in sales, contract negotiations or acquisitions is required.
