Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sale of single-family homes through various channels including direct purchase, owner finance, and lease options.
Cultivate strong relationships with buyers and investors, adeptly handling objections to secure successful deals.
Utilize diverse marketing platforms such as social media (e.g., Facebook) and specialized investor sites (e.g., Investor Lift) to promote properties.
Monitor property availability and sales progress throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to facilitate seamless property acquisition.
Employ analytics and market insights to strategize pricing for optimal profitability.
Develop and nurture business relationships with investor buyers to maximize revenue.
Generate regular reports on sales activities to keep the team informed.
Contribute to enhancing sales strategies aimed at revenue maximization.
Maintain meticulous records of property and client interactions in the CRM system.
Attend regular real estate networking events to expand professional connections.

Compensation:
