Real Estate Director - Forestown

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a real estate strategy that aligns with company's growth objectives and market expansion plans. Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords nationwide to secure favorable lease terms and conditions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential locations that meet our brand standards and financial requirements. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring the best possible terms for Company. Oversee the due diligence process for new locations, including financial analysis, demographic studies, and competitive assessments. Manage the real estate budget, ensuring that all activities are within approved financial parameters. Work closely with the operations team to ensure that new locations are consistent with our brand standards and operational requirements. Monitor and analyze real estate market trends to identify opportunities and potential risks. Lead a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, construction, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of real estate projects. Represent Company in all real estate-related matters, including industry events, conferences, and community engagements.
