As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Asset Management Technology working directly with the Real Estate business , you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. JP Morgan Asset Management - Real Estate is one of the world's leading global real estate investment managers with over $80 billion of assets under management. The platform has more than 200 dedicated real estate professionals and over 45 years of experience managing institutional real estate.
Your ability to understand applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Job responsibilities
+ Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
+ Shape the vision and execute on strategic technology initiatives initially focused on the debt side of the real estate business
+ Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
+ Integrate technology solutions to enable scaling of the business while adhering to operating models and policies and procedures
+ Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
+ Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
+ Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
+ Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
+ Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
+ Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to drive consensus
+ Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies including usage of JIRA
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience implementing, operating, and customizing third-party tools
+ Think and act as an owner- feel accountable and dig in to drive desired business outcomes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Knowledge of real estate investment management, commercial mortgage, or private lending is preferred
+ Exposure or ability to understand bond/debt math, a plus
+ Understanding of Vendor relationship management
+ Experience with solutions in real estate equity/debt market: Deal Cloud, Real Insight, Argus, Rock Port, Chatham
+ Hands on experience with relevant tools: Design/Modeling: Microsoft Visio, Lucid, Figma; Reporting/Analytics: Tableau; Other: Monday.com, Excel (VBA)
