Your day to day as a Real Estate and Consumer Loan Processor
As a Real Estate and Consumer Loan Processor at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will be an essential part of our lending department, supporting real estate and consumer loan officers with comprehensive assistance. Your responsibilities will include file preparation, loan processing, and meticulous file review of loan documentation, ensuring that all members and employees receive excellent service. Specializing in both real estate and consumer lending processes, you'll actively execute our sales and service model, customizing credit union products and services to fulfill our members' financial needs. Additionally, you'll engage in Quality Assurance duties for both types of loans, guaranteeing the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Internet processing.
- Minimum three years of residential loan processing experience, including real estate credit laws knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- A high degree of confidentiality.
- Exceptional member service skills.
- Working knowledge of lending policies and procedures, credit insurance products, consumer underwriting principles, and credit reporting functions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
