About the Job
We’re searching for a diligent real estate closing coordinator. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, ensuring file has the needed paperwork with appropriate signatures/initials, ensure all paperwork is forwarded to the correct involved companies, scheduling appointments/inspections as needed, and providing superb customer service. Applicants should be extremely thorough, detail-oriented, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Compensation:$17+
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
- Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
- Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
- License for real estate is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in the real estate industry
- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
