Real Estate Broker & Sales Associates
Responsibilities
Developing a referral-based business, prospecting for new listings and buyers, and marketing listings.
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult customers on market conditions, prices, mortgage, and closing professional, contract to closing processes ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, listings)
Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
Develop networks of professionals, past clients, and centers of influence
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
Remain knowledgeable of real estate markets to provide expert services and the best compliant portfolio practices.
Qualifications
Active FL, GA, MD, and/or PA real estate licensee's only
2+ years experience as a Broker/Sales Associate.
Commercial Real Estate Sales a plus but not required.
Attention to detail and quality focused.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with colleagues.
Humble, grateful, and trustworthy
Proven track of successful sales record and/or the work ethic to create one and become a top producer.
