Team Building and Leadership:
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance agents' skills and performance.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the overall team's capabilities.
Agent Success and Productivity:
- Establish performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
- Collaborate with agents to identify areas for growth and provide constructive feedback.
- Leverage technology and tools to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
Business Development:
- Partner with the executive team to devise and implement growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand market presence and maximize profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Team Leader or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high-performing real estate professionals.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and industry best practices.
- Strong strategic acumen and the ability to execute effective business strategies.
