About the Job
Small family- run Greenwich, CT real estate firm in business for over 30 years seeks an experienced and very organized full charge bookkeeper for a 20 hours per week position.
Responsibilities
· Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Data input on all checks received
· Recording and web scanning of all deposits
· Bank reconciliation for multiple bank accounts on a monthly basis
· Prepare annual CAM and NNN reconciliations through collaboration with Property Managers
· Performs other general office duties, i.e. answering phones, filing, special projects, and assignments, as needed.
· Vendor/contractor communications concerning billing and invoicing
· Assisting with tax payments and returns
· Preparing 1099's at end of year for multiple entities
Qualifications
· Bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management
· 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
· Proficiency in Computer Skills- Keyword Internet search, Email Correspondence, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications
· Experience with Yardi highly preferred
· Very detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task
· Must be available to work in the office five days a week (Monday-Friday)

· Pay: $50.00 per hour
· Two weeks’ paid vacation plus 10 floating/sick days
