Position Details/Description:
Prominent Pasadena-based law full-service law practice seeks a highly qualified attorney with 5+ years of active general real property transactional practice and experience to join their team.
This particular law practice advises for-profit and non-profit entities, developers, property owners, and community stakeholders on all aspects of their real estate needs.
Firm seeks an outgoing, dynamic lawyer with a passion for advocacy and substantial experience with general real estate transactional matters (purchase and sales, leases, secured real property transactions, real estate development and construction, land use, real property taxes, environmental risk management, etc.).
Experience with business matters relating to real estate is a plus, such as creating new business entities, private placements, and financing matters and transactions.
Salary/Compensation/Health Benefits
Salary range is 250K+/- (DOE/DOQ) plus a comprehensive & robust health benefits package, 401K, generous PTO, paid parking onsite, and many other notable employee-centered perks, etc.
Billable Hours Goal:
Annual 1700 billable hours goal.
