Real Estate Attorney - Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delrahim Ltd.

BUPD seeks a Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our growing team full-time. We work on some of Chicago's largest development projects. Qualified candidates will have experience with negotiating operating agreements, loan documents, representing lenders on real estate loans, preparing condominium documents and construction agreements preferably with representative institutional clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) is required, licensed in Illinois and in good standing with the Illinois Bar.

• 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney in a large law firm setting preferred.

• Thorough understanding of the complexities involved in commercial real estate transactions.

• Superior writing and analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and client management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn new software programs.

• Ability to work professionally and effectively with clients, partners, associates and support staff.
