Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate Transactions.
• Experience with handling acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development work.
• Experience with real estate joint venture negotiations.
• Member of the Massachusetts Bar.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
• Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
