A Real Estate Attorney with 3 years' applicable experience is needed for a hybrid position in Austin for a well-regarded national law firm.

The Real Estate Attorney will work on high-level matters involving the financing, acquisition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate assets. Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Assist with complex real estate transactions, including financing, acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate assets across Texas and nationally.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Engage in a variety of real estate matters, gaining experience in areas such as development, investment, and finance.
• Teamwork & Support: Collaborate closely with senior attorneys in a team-oriented practice to deliver high-quality legal solutions to clients.

Real Estate Attorney Requirements

• JD from a top 100 law school with a strong academic record.
• Active member of the State Bar of Texas.
• 3 years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly involving commercial real estate financing, acquisitions, development, and leasing.
• Strong legal drafting and writing abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proven capability to perform in a fast-paced, sophisticated law firm environment.
• Experience in an AmLaw 200 firm is strongly preferred.
