An AmLaw 50/Vault 50 law firm is seeking an outstanding mid-level transactional real estate associate to join its highly regarded real estate practice. Details:

• Base salary: $235,000 to $390,000, DOE
• Top of market bonus structure
• Hybrid flexible work environment

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions, financings, purchase and sale and joint ventures workouts
• Supervise junior associates and legal support staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed California attorney
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school
• 2 years of transactional real estate law experience
