Commitments:
- Help lead and build out the real estate appraiser team
- Prep or review of real estate appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Review work associated with audit support
- Prep work would be related to financial reporting for tax reporting and planning
- Verify the validity of data used in appraisals, including property details, market trends, and comparable sales.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders regularly within both assurance and tax departments
- Participate in business development related activity, both internally and externally
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience, combined between real estate appraisal and public accounting
- Has the ability to travel as needed
- Licensed general appraiser in at least one state
- MAI designation preferred
- Ability to easily transition between projects and engagements
- Team player
- Desire for continuous learning & entrepreneurial spirit

Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - $210,000*
*Salaries offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
