COMPENSATION RANGE: $50,000 to $70,000 based upon experience
THE COMPANY: Intrinsic Development is a full service real estate development company that specializes in upscale multi-family and commercial mixed-use developments. Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states. We are excited to expand into Lee's Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office. This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.
THE REAL ESTATE ANALYST/ASSET MANAGER POSITION: We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our team! This position will evaluate and optimize property investments by through financial modeling, overseeing property performance metrics, and supporting acquisitions and financing efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of real estate markets to maximize asset value while managing multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.
REAL ESTATE ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews the financial analysis/modeling of current and projected performance of property investments to report to senior management.
- Monitors and oversees property management relationships in executing asset level strategies.
- Familiar with revenue management and lease pricing functions.
- Assists with the acquisition and financing of real estate
- Possesses significant knowledge of current real estate market conditions for submarkets in which assets are located
- Form effective working relationships and networks with vendors, contractors, third party property managers, appraisers, brokers, and other service providers to ensure timely and superior completion of all projects and deliverables
- Maximize revenue, control expenses, and enhance value on retained real estate assets
- Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in various stages with aggressive deadlines and timelines
REAL ESTATE ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field focus
- Experience in multifamily or commercial real estate debt/investment property underwriting a plus
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with quick retention of financial concepts
- Self-starter with excellent deductive reasoning ability and ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional and effective manner
