Develop your skills in assisting both buyers and sellers while expanding your real estate career with the support of a high-achieving team. Please be aware that this role is entirely commission-based. Your income will be a direct result of your commitment and hard work, with an anticipated average earning of $24K-$48K in the first year and $48K-$96K in the following years. Top-performing agents have the opportunity to earn substantially more.
Responsibilities
- Lead generate daily for potential clients
- Participate in Team training and activities to build your business
- Meet with buyers and sellers to consult on their needs and get agency agreements signed
- Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
- Negotiate contracts between buyer and seller
- Educate home buyers aon the purchase process and housing market
- Continually improve your skills
Qualifications
- People-oriented, positive, learning-based
- Clean, reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- High availability and flexibility to accommodate Buyer schedules
- Track record of success in customer service or real estate related
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license prior to working with clients (ask us about FREE real estate school!)
- Reside within 40 miles of Wilmington zip code 19803
- Commitment to being full-time in real estate within six months of joining the team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US
