Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads within a 24-hour timeframe
• Host open houses for team property listings
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
• Negotiate purchase offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers
• Monitor tasks and activities using Brivity Technology
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly in-person team meetings
• Attend at least 75% of team events annually
• Exhibit comprehensive market knowledge and expertise

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a competitive edge
• Skilled at building rapport with clients and nurturing those relationships
• Strong in prospecting and lead generation
• NYS Real Estate License
• 2+ years in customer service
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Growth-oriented and eager to learn
• Organized with excellent time management
• Willing to learn/practice scripts and objection handling
