- Finish the PLACE Launch program
- Use PLACE systems for weekly lead generation
- Guide buyers, finalize agreements, and locate homes
- Handle offer negotiations for clients
- Record tasks in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice and team events
- Join weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Assist sellers, obtain listings, and promote properties
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
- You have a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge.
- You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
- Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise.
- Handling objections is second nature to you.
- You communicate effectively and are dedicated to providing excellent service.
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Hold a valid real estate license
- Have over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Eager to learn and grow
- Well-organized
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues
- Manage your time efficiently
