Responsibilities
- Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales;
- Consult with buyers in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
- Present competitive purchase offers on behalf of your buyer
- Consult with sellers- win the listing and market their home
- Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
- Track tasks and activities in your CRM
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Prospect through your sphere and lead generation daily
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed real estate professional- we can help you get licensed
- Team player
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
- Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
- Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
- A desire to help clients with their financial goals while pursuing your own
