Senior Sales and Business Development Professional
We are seeking a Senior Executive/Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in Sales and Business Development. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with both existing clients and prospective customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
- Listening attentively to customer requirements and presenting our offerings in a compelling manner to facilitate sales.
- Proactively reaching out to potential customers through cold calling to arrange meetings and explore new business opportunities.
- Managing special projects and engaging with both existing and prospective clients, including investors, retailers, and high net-worth individuals, to keep them informed about our latest developments and offerings, and involve them in our future projects.
- Overseeing Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate tie-up activities to maximize business opportunities for our Residential and Commercial projects.
- Taking ownership of generating new business opportunities for the organization and strategically positioning for future projects.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, a pleasing personality, and strong convincing abilities.
- Bringing experience in Real Estate Sales to the table.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $25,000 to $40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
