Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective buyers, nurturing leads, and converting them into valuable appointments.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to ensure exceptional service for all buyer clients.
- Facilitate the pre-qualification process with mortgage lenders for buyer clients.
- Show homes to potential buyers, matching their criteria with available properties.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings with buyer clients, refining their criteria as necessary.
- Prepare and submit purchase offers on behalf of buyer clients.
- Coordinate and attend property inspections with clients and vendors.
- Provide buyer clients with access to homes under contract for inspections and other needs.
- Maintain prompt and thorough communication with buyer clients via phone, text, and email.
- Address buyer inquiries regarding potential homes and local community information.
- Offer pricing information and market research to assist buyer clients in making informed decisions.
- Educate buyer clients on the home buying process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Collaborate closely with administrative staff to deliver top-tier service to buyer clients from initial contact through closing.
- Regularly attend team meetings and office training sessions.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Salesperson, or Real Estate Assistant is advantageous.
- Strong track record of successful sales (real estate experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales, negotiation, and communication.
- Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in Google / G-Suite and internet operations.
- Possession of a valid FL real estate agent's sales license.
Additional Details:
- Employment Type: Contract
- Compensation: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
