Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top-notch real estate agents to join CityScape Metro Group.
- Cultural Fit: Evaluate candidates for alignment with the company culture and values.
- Networking: Build and maintain a network of professionals by attending industry events and leveraging social media platforms.
- Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews and participate in selection processes to determine the best candidates.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist new recruits in their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Continuous Engagement: Foster ongoing relationships with recruits, supporting their development and career progression.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate recruiting or a similar talent acquisition role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Networking: Strong networking abilities to attract and engage top-tier real estate talent.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring processes simultaneously.
