Summary
We are seeking a dynamic agent to manage 15-20 genuine buyer connections each month in the Twin Cities area. We provide all the tools necessary for your success—including exceptional training, cutting-edge technology, marketing support, and valuable connections to grow your individual and team business. You have the flexibility to work remotely or from any of our five office locations in St. Paul, Minneapolis, Burnsville, Maple Grove, or Stillwater.
Responsibilities
- Conduct open houses
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- Licensed real estate professional or willing to obtain a real estate license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
