The Platz Group is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Agents, whether licensed or not, to become part of our team at the Everett office, situated at 1000 SE Everett Mall Way. As a team member, you'll flourish in a cooperative and nurturing atmosphere, assisting clients with the intricate processes of purchasing, selling, and leasing properties. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: 

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

Skills You Have:

• Licensed real estate professional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
