Developing and delivering a top-notch onboarding experience for new sales associates.
Providing ongoing training and support to ensure our team is equipped with the skills they need to succeed.
Assisting with tracking sales performance and implementing strategies to drive results.
Managing social media accounts and supporting sales associates with branding and marketing efforts.
Assisting with recruiting efforts and developing programs to support growth.
Collaborating with the team on special projects and marketing campaigns.
Fostering a positive and supportive office environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
What we're looking for:
Excellent technical and computer skills.
Outstanding people skills and communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media and Google Apps.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Prior sales support, administrative, or marketing experience is a plus.
