Role Description

Seeking a full-time Senior Real Estate Accountant responsible for CAM, cost segregation managing accounts payable and receivables, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and overseeing financial reporting and budgeting. The accountant will also ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Skills that are a plus, but not necessary:

• Substantial (10 years plus) of Real Estate accounting experience with CAM charges, PILOTS, AR and AP. Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks accounting software.
• CPA is a plus but not required
