RDC Office Supervisor - Lennox International

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an office supervisor, the person in this position is responsible for overseeing the efficient implementation of all Regional Operations Center (RDC) administrative functions.

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Supervise and support an administrative support team.
• Work with management to ensure all safety training, documentation and postings are completed and maintained.
• Ensure all incidents and publications are communicated and posted appropriately.
• Responsible for customer service in operational issues.
• Support order management, records management and develop budgets.
• Maintain SOX key warehouse controls with direction from RDC and financial management.
• Facilitate the generation of reports, maintenance logs and assist with maintaining metrics.
• Participate in other projects as assigned.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $52,800 - $69,300 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Requires at least 5 years related experience.

Knows the principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Requires good verbal and written communication skills. Must have computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Requires some experience with general office applications such as FAX and EDI. Prefer experience using SAP including using queries.
