Director of Operationsprovidessenior leadership and direction in all aspects of business operations for multiple on-site medical surgical subspecialty practices. Responsibilities include but not limited tooversight of patient flow, staffing, patient experience, budget, practice management information system, front end revenue cycle managementand human resources. Provides hands-on assistance in assessing operations anddeveloping and implementing systems that result in streamlined processes, decreased costs and improved patient, provider and employee satisfaction.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.

10+ years leadershipexperience in medical surgical subspecialtypractices interactingwith physicians and practicestaff, with strong working knowledge of all aspects of practice operations.

Excellent communication,interpersonal and project management skills.

Experience with EPIC ambulatory record preferredand proficientExcel skills.

$59.22-$81.42Hourly
