Must Have
- Across our programs, our innovation leader and senior technologist are looking for Don coaching, input and in some cases his help to lead draft patents and claims to support new inventions, as well as help guide and coach strategies to builds SCA.
- More specifically.Looking for him to draft patents and claims to support new inventions related to Chassis/diaper S-curves related to Chassis/diaper S-curves. (example would be to work with outside counsel to patent the side-notch/OSP idea we talked or how we can leverage Beam in leg cuffs, etc.. there are others as well I have in mind).
- Draft specification and potential claim approach for Premium Taped program like Lightyear/Mundo ‘26 (Pure ’26) Waist feature elements, and Draft specification and potential claim approach for defensive positioning on load sharing designs that enable extensible carded NW’s in chassis with high stretch elastomeric
- Absorbent Innovation Program IP: Assess opportunities to strengthen existing programs by building on existing IP; draft claims and recommend filing plan. If necessary work with attorney to execute and work with the team strengthen new filings.
- Sleep program: work with team to craft new filings.
- Additionally, he coaches and guide several senior technologists in the IP space, for core and more, some of the core highlighted above, and also work on new forms (i.e Grow With me/over the hip fit), or belt S-curve like beam elastics, and Skin JTBD work for lotion and other enabling technologies.
