Raytheon has an opportunity to join the Advanced Electronics Sub Assembly (AES) Factory. This position has overall leadership overseeing approximately 15-20 operators within a fast paced, manufacturing environment that produces products using cutting edge technologies and automation. The Team Lead ensures that all product meets contractual quality, cost, and schedule requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production to meet or exceed product target unit hour goals. This individual will also be responsible for a safe work environment and will lead and engage in safety improvement projects.
This role requires daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office. Achieving/exceeding cost, quality, delivery, safety goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

- Ensuring full compliance of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

SkillBridge Eligibility overview:
To be eligible for this SkillBridge Fellowship you must meet the following requirements:
• Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.
• Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.
• Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.
• Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.
• Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location.
