Raw Materials Specialist - Artech LLC

JOB DESCRIPTION
Details:
Individual contributor position responsible for the quality of colors and fabrics including garments and components to assure final product quality.
Assist in the technical development, pre-production and cataloguing of all fabrics and colors through to production.
Visit company stores on regular basis to monitor the quality and consistency of fabrics and color under store lighting conditions.
Typically reports to manager of Textile Technology.
Typically directs Assistant Textile Technologist.
College degree in technical education, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years experience in fabric and color development.

What is the interview process for this role?
KM- I will be the first interview and if I feel that they are a good canidate I will have my manager Andrea Price meet with them.
What would a typical day look like in this role as far as workload?
KM- fast paced environment
Is there a chance this will be extended? Is there a chance for this worker to be converted to a full-time position? Even though you can't guarantee a timeline of conversion, when was the last time you converted a contractor on your team?
