Job Summary and Duties:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Radiology Technologists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining high-quality radiographs of patients using both departmental and portable equipment. You will comply with radiation safety guidelines, operate radiographic equipment safely, and perform necessary computer operations. Additionally, you will render patient care in a professional and courteous manner, prepare examination rooms, assist radiologists, review exam results for accuracy, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
• American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification required within 6 months of hire
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
• Preferred: Society of Radiologic Technology membership
• Preferred: Virginia Society of Radiologic Technology membership
• Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist, but new graduates are welcome to apply
