Healthcare Staffing Professionals is currently looking for Radiology Technicians to work in a our clients clinic located in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. The Radiology Tech will work with different specialties varying from Nuclear Medicine Tech, CT, Radiation Therapist.

- Diagnostic Imaging: Conduct X-rays and other diagnostic imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Patient Preparation: Ensure patients are prepared for procedures, explaining the process, and addressing any concerns.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring its functionality and reporting malfunctions promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, including details of procedures performed, patient histories, and other relevant information.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to radiation safety protocols, including the use of lead shields and monitoring radiation exposure.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with healthcare professionals to understand specific imaging requirements and deliver accurate results.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of imaging quality and patient care.
- Patient Comfort: Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients during procedures, providing support and addressing their needs.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and provide assistance as necessary.
- Continuing Education: Stay informed about advancements in radiologic technology, participating in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
