Duties:
Respond to support tickets in a timely manner Provide detailed notes of all activities and interactions in the system Provide superior customer service Must be able to communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders and be able to deal with a high-pressure environment with SLA escalation procedures for resolution This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and/or include certain benefits like: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K [include any compulsory benefits such as commissions, incentive bonuses, etc. if applicable]. Skills:
• Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is required • Experience working in a service desk environment • Must be able to document and type 40 words a minute • Technical familiarity with any of the following: Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), EPIC, E-Clinical, Athena or similar system
