We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist in our Cardiac Cath Lab to join our team of healthcare professionals. Pay Range: $2,400 - $2,600
Shift: Days: 4x10 Days. 7:00am - 7:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Cardiac-Interventional Procedures: Perform a variety of cardiac-interventional radiography procedures, including but not limited to cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, and electrophysiology studies.
- Patient Care: Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout procedures, providing clear explanations, addressing concerns, and monitoring vital signs.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain specialized radiologic equipment, including fluoroscopy machines, digital imaging systems, and other related technology.
- Radiation Safety: Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, staff, and oneself.
- Image Quality: Produce high-quality diagnostic images, adjust equipment settings as needed, and troubleshoot technical issues to optimize image quality.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient information, procedure details, and radiation doses in electronic health records (EHR) or other documentation systems.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cardiologists, interventional radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to plan and execute procedures effectively.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies during procedures, including CPR and other life-saving measures.
- Continuing Education: Stay current with advances in cardiac-interventional radiography by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and training programs.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to maintain accreditation standards and ensure the safety and accuracy of procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field. Must be licensed and certified as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Certification: Certification in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (CI) from a recognized certifying body (e.g., ARRT or CCI) is required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist with a focus on cardiac-interventional radiography is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment, fluoroscopy machines, and digital imaging systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
