Job DescriptionThe Reg Rad Tech-RAD-OUTPATIENT IMAGING reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Under the general supervision of the Lead Technologist or Diagnostic Supervisor, operates radiographic equipment to obtain optimal images for diagnostic radiology exams.
This position is an 80 hour per pay period, day shift, with alternating start times ranging between 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. working every other Saturday and alternating holidays.
This position will assist with staffing needs at both sites: Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Orland Park Palos Imaging.

QualificationsMust be a graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiology Technology. Must be licensed with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency-Division of Nuclear Safety. ARRT RT (R) or ARRT RT (R) eligible. If eligible certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire. BLS Required.
