Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer - WR Systems

Clearance Requirement:Active Secret Clearance is required to start

Travel Requirements: Negligible

Location: Dam Neck, VA

SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to analyze/assess sensors and antennas as well as make recommendations for and design optimal configuration.

Position responsibilitieswill include, but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) cascade analysis and make recommendations for improvement/design.
• Digitally test Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum design to ensure viability.
• Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) analysis in Matlab, including communications and signal processing toolkits or similar Radio Frequency (RF) analysis suites.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

·Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering.

·Up to six (6) years of experience of installation testing/analysis at various naval bases.

·Three (3)+ years of full-time professional experience in design, development, production, and/or testing of electronic, electro-mechanical, and/or hydro-electronic equipment.
