Join our client team to drive innovation in radar systems. We are seeking a skilled Radar Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of wideband radar systems. This role involves architecting advanced radar systems, developing sophisticated signal and data processing algorithms, and conducting comprehensive performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect advanced radar systems.
• Develop and evaluate radar signal and data processing algorithms.
• Create and execute test plans to assess radar systems and subsystems.
• Analyze test data and evaluate system performance.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Wideband Radar System Design, Development, and Testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and at least one other programming language (Python, MATLAB, etc.).
• Expertise in RF systems and statistical Signal Processing, including Radar Waveform Design and Adaptive Beamforming.
• Experience with Moving Target Detection and Tracking.

Additional Information:

• Work involves fabrication of experimental test assets and field testing.
• Hybrid work model: occasional domestic/international travel may be possible.
• Initial pre-screen with hiring manager followed by interviews with Group Leaders and Technical Staff.
