Race & Sports Shift Supervisor - IP Casino Resort Spa - Biloxi

We are seeking an experienced Race & Sports Shift Supervisor to join our team in Biloxi. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of our race and sports book, ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with gaming regulations.

• Supervise race and sports book staff operations, including training and mentoring team members on betting procedures and customer service
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations while monitoring betting activities and maintaining accurate transaction records
• Manage cash handling procedures, verify transaction accuracy, and generate daily reports for management
• Monitor and update betting lines while maintaining security and integrity of betting operations
• Coordinate with other departments and handle complex customer inquiries to ensure smooth operations

• 2-3 years of race and sports book operations experience with supervisory background
• High school diploma and valid Mississippi Gaming Commission license required
• Proven leadership abilities with extensive knowledge of sports betting operations and systems
• Strong mathematical skills with proficiency in gaming software applications
• Excellent customer service abilities and thorough understanding of gaming regulations
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
