Job DescriptionPurpose
Demonstrates proficiency and technical expertise in regulated and cross-functional capacity. Under general supervision, performs general upkeep and handling of research and laboratory systems. Serves as a technical team member by providing support to assigned department.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Documentation and handling of raw data as per regulatory guidelines.
- Daily upkeep of area in function with good observation skills.
- Execute assigned tasks using learned techniques.
- Uses experience and training to lead minor decision-making.
- Implementation and maintenance of the quality system.
- Coordinates daily function-related activities
- Develops minor protocols and procedures for everyday tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and at least 3 year's experience in a laboratory setting; Associates degree may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience
- Good communication skills and the ability to relay messages to management
- Good working knowledge of MSWord; understanding of SmartSheet
- Ability to take initiative to handle basic issues autonomously and working with team member for the more complex issues.
