JOB DESCRIPTION:
" Adept at hands-on lab work, creative thinking, and problem solving in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
" Conduct experiments and evaluations independently. Assume responsibility for executing project workflows, including electroplating, wet chemistry formulation, chemical analysis, and device functional testing.
" Collaborate with R&D and other functions to successfully deliver against project goals and timelines.
" Clearly and concisely communicate research to team members of varying technical backgrounds.
" Ensure compliance with personal and process safety practices, product integrity, and environmental stewardship.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
" A bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific or engineering field.
" Strong bias for action.
" Well-organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven team player.

" Good written and verbal communication skills.
" English fluency.
Strongly Preferred:
" 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the chemical industry or a similar environment.
" Experience with a diverse range of analytical equipment, including SEM, XRF, XRD, wet chemical techniques, and surface analysis methods.
" Familiarity with electroplating techniques and electrochemistry. Hands-on experience in electroplating.
" Curiosity and excitement to learn about the electronics industry.
" Experience with application testing of electronic devices.
" Experience with corrosion science or surface science.
" Experience with Lean Six Sigma or certification.
