R&D Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary research on new products, including technical confirmation, verification of technical drawings and processes, and efficient management of technology changes.
- Stay updated on product development trends and actively participate in new product research and development.
- Conduct research and design based on new product requirements. Complete the validation and timely release of existing products.
- Participate in the selection of components and research suppliers for new products.
- Provide technical support during product production. Address technical issues promptly, assist sales and customer service in handling customer complaints, collect customer feedback, and enhance design quality.
- Collaborate with the quality department to address quality issues and handle non-conformance reviews within the assigned scope.
- BS Degree in an Engineering discipline
- 3+ years of experience in the product development of high pressure homogenizers/high pressure water jets/pumps or similar equipment
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software
- Flexibility to travel up to 15%
