About the Job
As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Offers and Shopping Data & Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with key stakeholders to establish quantifiable objectives and devise strategies to meet these targets. Your responsibilities will include sales forecasting, budget management, campaign lift reporting, and providing insights on pre/post campaign performance. Your role will be instrumental in promoting and scaling Offers through the development of direct relationships with merchants.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product and D&A groups to define objectives and deliverables
- Develop timely and accurate sales forecast to sales team to help drive effective conversations between sales team and merchants
- Provide timely operation forecast to ops team to help accurate budget management
- Develop merchant facing lift reports, pre/post campaign performance for merchant campaign insights
- Convert data to actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story
- Measure the business performance and provide executive presentation to senior leadership
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
- 2 + years of experience with excellent SQL, Python, Alteryx and Tableau skills
- Critical and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail
- Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- 1 years(with Masters) analytics experience
- Experiences in ad tech preferred
